At its Sixth Plenary Session, the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) comprehensively analyzed the current situation and tasks and concluded that reviewing the rich praxis and valuable experience we have acquired in our country’s cultural reform and development, making arrangements to deepen reform of the cultural system, promoting the great development and flourishing of socialist culture, and further boosting a new upsurge in building socialist culture is of great and far-reaching significance for winning new victories in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, initiating a new phase in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.  The Central Committee made the following decision.（点击查看全文）
